Mentor Program:
This is a program pairs a new
technodyne
consultant with a one of our veteran consultants or HR
consultant. The mentor provides help in both professional and
personal matters and ensures smooth transition into company
culture

Orientation: When our consultants come on board, three
days orientation is conducted to familiarize them with systems
and procedures within Technodyne and in the client place.
Training: To be the best, we provide our consultants
with training in latest tools and technologies. Both formal
and informal methods of training are deployed to ensure
knowledge sharing.
Performance Appraisal: Our consultants go through an
objective and open performance appraisal every six months. The
appraisal criteria's are measurable and incentive structure
clearly defined to promote better performance.
Feedback: We listen to our consultants experiences. As
young and growing organization we realize our consultant's
feedback is a great resource to improve our processes and
benefits.
Referral Bonuses: We believe in our consultants
