         401(k) Profit Sharing Plan:

Aetna Financial Services - Effective January 2005, employees may contribute 15% of their salary to a maximum of $10,000 per year, and receive a full tax deduction. technodyne will match the first one percent of salary for participating employees. Matching contributions will commence one year from the date of hire for all employees. Matching contributions will be vested over a five-year period.

        Employee Relocation Assistance:

technodyne will reimburse employee for actual travel and 2 weeks of accommodation expenses when moving from one Project to the other.

        Employee Training:

technodyne provides on-site training to all of its employees to enable them to keep up with emerging and cutting-edge technologies. Paid off-site training can be reimbursed with prior approval. Please contact your Supervisor for more information.

        H1B1 Visa/ Green Card Processing:

technodyne will offer H1B1 visa sponsorship and  Green Card processing depending on the employee's eligibility
